With VDOHire, the job seekers create their “Video Resume” and get the advantage of having their first interaction with the prospective employers from the comfort of their homes / hostels / their place of stay, through “asynchronous” video interview.

VDOHire is a step ahead than other job portals as it harnesses the technology and uses Video Resume and Video interview, instead of just conventional paper resume, which also serves as the First round of Interaction with the employer.

Through VDOHire, the employers are able to recruit their employees easier, faster and cheaper. VDOHire leverages the increasing number of smart phone users and the impending explosion in connectivity to overcome the logistics challenges involved in the first level of interview.

With VDOHire, employers can interview and select job seekers anywhere in the country. The employers can either view the candidates Video Resume and / or can get the job seekers to give virtual interview by answering specific questions through asynchronous video interaction. The job seeker can complete this virtual interview anytime and anywhere at their convenience. The recruiter can view the results at their special desktop dashboard and take the recruitment process to a “logistic-issues-free” conclusion.
